Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
• Monitor personal sales and consistently achieve performance targets and KPIs.
• Provide valuable customer feedback, especially on newly launched products.

• Strengthen relationships with clients, nurturing loyalty through effective CRM tools.
• Deliver exceptional service by offering a personalized and professional touch, ensuring all customer expectations are met.

• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure the store is visually and operationally impeccable.

• At least 2 years of experience in a service-oriented role such as retail, hospitality, airline, or luxury goods.
• Proactive, with a strong interest in luxury fashion, timepieces, and jewelry.
• Well-groomed with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
