Working hours: Monday – Friday, office hours

As a HR Business Partner, you will be working with an experienced team to support the workforce initiatives.

Partner with divisions leaders to understand their manpower needs and provide practical HR solutions
Recruit talents via engagement, attraction and outreach, including the coordination/support of interviews, onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
Handle day-to-day employee queries and concerns
Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organisational goals
Assist with adhoc HR projects and review of HR processes when they arise

Job Requirements:

Degree in any field
1 year of relevant HR experience
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Works well both independently and as part of a team
Meticulous, resourceful and highly self-motivated
Proficient in Microsoft office applications
A proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities
