Job Overview:

The Instagram Specialist is responsible for managing and growing the brand’s presence on Instagram through engaging visual content, strong community management, and data-driven strategy. This role ensures the brand’s tone, visuals, and messaging are consistent, while optimizing performance across Feed, Stories, and Reels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Instagram content strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand identity.
• Plan, create, and schedule high-quality visual and video content (feed, story, reels, carousel).
• Manage daily posting schedule and maintain a balanced content mix (educational, promotional, engagement-driven).
• Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, ER, saves, followers, conversions) and report insights regularly.
• Engage actively with the community (reply to comments, DMs, mentions) to strengthen relationships and brand trust.
• Track and report campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion, ROI).
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the TikTok Specialist, KOL & Design team
