Job Summary:
The Head of Health Screening will oversee the operations and management of all the Health Screening Clinics currently managed by HMI Medical Centre.
This role will collaborate with a team of clinic staff, including doctors and allied health professionals, to ensure a smooth running of the clinic services. He/she will ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and ensure that health screening services are of high quality offered to the targeted demographic of patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
- Lead and manage a team of health screening professionals and administrative staff.
- Propose and implement operational strategies that align with the organization's business objectives.
- Oversee business resources such as manpower cost and logistics.
- Oversee, implement, and evaluate all the currently in-place health screening programs, and introduce new services as needed.
- Stay relevant to the latest health screening services trends in the market, to ensure the competitiveness of our health screening programs.
- Review and update current screening protocols, procedures, and policies to ensure they meet national health guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health regulations, standards, and ethical guidelines.
- Perform regular audits and assessments to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and quality of screening results.
Accountability and Reporting:
- Oversee the collection and reporting of health screening data for analysis purposes.
- Generate regular reports for management, highlighting trends, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
- Leverage data analytics to drive improvements in screening efficiency, accuracy, and patient engagement.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build relationships with external partners such as corporate companies, government agencies, and relevant healthcare providers.
- Promote and educate external partners about the importance of preventive health measures and screening services.
- Be the main point of contact for any escalated case of inquiries or concerns regarding health screening services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in healthcare services, specifically in health-screening services and related.
- Prior experience in a similar capacity will be highly advantageous.
- A team player who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to lead a team and drive programmatic changes in a dynamic environment.
