Join Us as a Counsellor – Make a Real Difference! (12-Month Contract)
Are you passionate about well-being and supporting others through life’s challenges? My client is looking for a compassionate and skilled Counsellor to join our team, helping individuals build resilience and thrive.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide one-on-one and group counselling, guiding clients through personal and emotional challenges.
- Offer expert advice to supervisors on supporting team members’ well-being.
- Collaborate with medical professionals, psychiatrists, and psychologists to deliver holistic care.
- Take part in counselling hotline duty (2*24-hour shifts per month).
- Educate and train staff on awareness, skills, and best practices in well-being.
What We’re Looking For:
- Singapore Citizen
- Postgraduate degree in counselling, social work, or psychology
- Experience in health and substance abuse counselling (individual and group settings)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic IT and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Membership in Singapore Association of Social Workers, Singapore Association for Counselling, or Singapore Psychological Society preferred
Working Hours:
- Non-hotline days: Mon–Thu 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Hotline duty days: 8:00 AM on duty day – 8:00 AM the next day
