Responsibilities- Analyze and document business requirements for the Fund Services Project, ensuring alignment with regional and global operational standards and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, to design and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and client experience
- Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials to support the implementation and ongoing management of the Fund Services Project
- Provide subject matter expertise and support to the regional Securities & Fiduciary Services Operations team, addressing operational challenges and driving continuous improvement
- Participate in the testing and validation of system enhancements and new product offerings, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes
- Analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to optimize operational performance and mitigate risks
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, preferably in a project management or business analysis capacity
- Strong understanding of fund administration, securities processing, and fiduciary services operations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Adaptable to change and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
