The Opportunity:

Our client specialize in producing highly accurate and meticulously engineered machinery and tools. They are looking for an admin executive to join their team! You will be liaising with counterparts based in Japan and assisting with the coordination of corporate activities.

The Job:

• Liaising with counterparts based in Japan for administrative matters
• Translating company's training materials
• Coordinating corporate event and support company improvement activities
• Assist with workshops and communication between staff and HQ.
• Handle special projects and ad hoc tasks.

The Talent:

• Required to communicate with counterparts in Japan HQ, proficiency in Japanese is essential
• Min JLBT N2
• Min 1 year of administrative/translation experience
• Willing to learn and strong in coordination skills
• Able to travel to Japan for trainings
