JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an operations executive to manage a group of office cleaning contracts. Experienced supervisors looking to upgrade are welcome to apply.
Requirements:
- 5.5 Day work week
- Able to communicate in mandarin workers
- Experienced in managing multiple contracts
- Good communication skills (customer facing)
- Good leadership skills (managing crew)
- 5 or more years' experience in an executive or supervisory role in cleaning
- Skilled in carpet shampoo, upholstery cleaning, burnishing, etc
"We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients."
Duties (but not limited to):
- Ensuring all routine, periodic and ad hoc tasks are assigned, planned for and fulfilled
- Recruiting, training, mentoring crew whenever necessary
- Provide quality customer service
- Responsible for quality control, safety & cleaning standards
- Responsible for the serviceability and maintenance of assets
- Manage staff movement and plan/report for shortages
