Basic Functions- Handle and investigate customer complaints and product issues.
- Provide after-sales technical support and on-site service to end users and distributors.
- Review and support processing of warranty claims from distributors.
- Offer standby and 24/7 emergency customer support.
- Deliver installation, commissioning, and on-site training as per project scope.
- Ensure prompt troubleshooting and technical support to keep systems operational.
- Support various diesel generator sets (small to large capacity) for service and training.
- Maintain updated and organized technical and training documents.
- Train distributors and dealers in service and troubleshooting to uphold service standards.
- Maintain strong customer relationships until issues are fully resolved.
- Provide technical assistance during factory tests for special projects.
- Investigate failure root causes and suggest solutions.
- Handle technical aspects of warranty issues with customers.
- Carry out other service and training-related duties as needed.
- Diploma / degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.
- Must be open to frequent travel within Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
- Customer-focused with enthusiasm for power generation systems.
- Mechanical experience with engines (MHI, MTU, John Deere, Volvo) is a plus.
