Looking for assistant operations executive to join the team

Handles Vessel Ops and resource planning

12 hours shift. (Day or Overnight, cannot choose)

Shift Pattern (work 3 days off 2 days)

3 working location will try to assign to a nearer location

Shift Allowances (Night shift only)

Responsibilities:

Focus Areas:

• Master fundamentals of vessel operations and resource planning.
• Supervise quayside activities.
• Coordinate and manage container yard activities using the latest Terminal Operations System.

Skill Development:

• Leadership and communication.
• Team management of equipment specialists.
• Ensure execution of plans to meet critical service levels in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

• You must be willing to perform shift duties.
