You’ll be working with industry-leading technologies, supporting clients around the clock, and helping maintain enterprise-grade systems to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide field support based on SLA, including 24/7 standby duties (on a rotational basis)
- Deliver post-sales implementation and onsite support for enterprise hardware and infrastructure
- Perform break-fix services: system checks, preventive maintenance, hardware replacements, OS-level troubleshooting, and customer incident management
- Maintain tidy and organized engineering and platform work areas
- Keep weekly activity updates and documentation accurate and timely
- Support other tasks or projects as assigned by your supervisor
What We’re Looking For:
- Min 1 year of experience in a related hardware support or IT infrastructure role
- Diploma or higher in IT or related field
- Strong understanding of server systems and troubleshooting methods
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Linux/Unix, virtualization, and infrastructure technologies
- Self-driven and committed to delivering results in a fast-moving environment
- Able to perform system assembly, disassembly, and rack mounting
