The Role:

Oversee daily operations and ensure staff follow procedures
Supervise and support frontline retail staff (e.g. cashiers, sales assistants)
Handle customer service escalations
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
Train new staff and ensure team meets sales targets
Ensure visual merchandising and cleanliness standards

What are we looking for?

At least 4 years supervisory or managerial position in Retail Industry
