As a results-driven E-commerce Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing online sales channels, optimizing account performance, and driving revenue growth. You should have experience handling e-commerce marketplaces, particularly the Lazada platform, including managing product listings, analyzing sales data, and executing digital marketing strategies.

Job Description:

  • Manage and oversee e-commerce accounts across online marketplaces, ensuring optimal performance and growth
  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and campaign management
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Digital Marketing teams to drive sales and enhance online presence
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitors, and industry best practices to identify new opportunities
  • Maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners and ensure compliance with platform guidelines
  • Oversee customer inquiries and feedback on digital platforms to ensure excellent customer experience
  • Manage ad-hoc e-commerce projects and initiatives to support business objectives

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce account management and platforms, especially Lazada, as well as digital marketing tools in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and abilit to communicate Mandarin effectively as the incumbent requires to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders/counterparts for work or project related matters
  • A proactive and collaborative team player
