Product Manager (Payment, Solution & Product, Career exposure)

• Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and solution architecture for payment products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Translate business and customer requirements into detailed technical specifications, including user stories, epics, and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
• Collaborate closely with Engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Risk teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g. PCI-DSS, PSD2, AML/KYC).
• Support Marketing and Sales teams with product positioning, technical insights, and go-to-market strategies.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert in industry discussions and effectively communicating product roadmap, progress, and challenges.

• 5–8 years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Architecture, or Payments Solutions, preferably within FinTech, Payments, or Financial Services.
• Strong domain knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including card networks (Visa/Mastercard), acquirers, processors, alternative payment methods (APMs), and banking rails (ACH, SEPA, SWIFT).
• Solid analytical and technical skills, with hands-on experience using data tools such as SQL, Excel, or BI platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
