Administrative & Personal Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and well-organized office administrative professional to manage administrative tasks and provide personal assistance to the Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support corporate administrative duties, including document filing, processing, meeting scheduling, and managing office supplies.
  • Coordinate the Director’s daily schedule, appointments, and related tasks.
  • Arrange travel logistics, including flight and hotel bookings, visa applications, and occasional accompanying trips.
  • Assist with personal and family-related tasks assigned by the Director, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
  • Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Director.

Requirements:

  1. Proficient in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and stakeholders in meetings, emails, and documentation.
  2. Prior experience in arranging extracurricular education and tutoring for primary and secondary school students is preferred.
  3. Adaptable to a flexible work schedule.
