Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

This position reports to the Assistant/Deputy Sales Manager/Director to provide sales, purchase and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist salesperson on quotation follow up
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and quotations
• Co-ordinate the flow of information accurately and rightly between sales, customers, delivery team
• To liaise with suppliers on purchase orders
• To source for products from suppliers
• Any other ad-hoc duties, as and when assigned

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Meticulous with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Effective team player
• Computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Advanced level)
