As a HR Executive (Engineering), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Managing the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee exit processes, and the implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs and recruitment events, including sourcing opportunities, planning, and organizing logistics.
- Handling day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, data entry, and preparing contracts, letters, and related documents.
- Assisting in monthly payroll processing.
- Conducting employee orientation and educating staff on HR-related matters.
- Assist in organizing company events when necessary.
- Preparing accurate and timely HR reports and data.
- Contributing to various HR projects and providing ad-hoc HR support as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
