Morning Shift: Monday – Saturday 8.30 am to 5.30pm. Alternate Sat OFF
Night Shift : Monday – Saturday 8.30 pm to 5.30am. Alternate Sat OFF

Salary: $2700-$3300

Production Supervisor (recycling company)

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead production team on daily recycling operations
Plan and coordinate shift schedules and manpower allocation
Monitor and ensure production targets are met on time and efficiently
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Conduct training for new staff and ensure compliance with safety standards
Troubleshoot production issues and implement improvements when necessary
Ensure machinery and equipment are well maintained and functioning properly
Prepare and submit daily production reports to management

Job Requirements:

Minimum 3-4 years of working experience as a Production Supervisor in the any industry
Good communication skills and ability to work with a team
