WFH Oil & Gas Recruiter (No Base but High Commission) - Toa Payoh

Job Description:

The ideal candidate should be self-driven, motivated, and eager to excel in the fast-paced recruitment industry. There will be training provided!

Key Responsibilities:

• Get involved in business development such as to identify and target potential Oil & Gas clients, building a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
• Source and screen potential Oil & Gas candidates through various platforms and networks
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, job and cultural fit
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Oil & Gas clients and candidates
• Collaborate with the team to understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus
• Background in Oil & Gas industries is mandatory
• Must have interest in recruitment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Driven by results with a goal-oriented mindset
• Proficient with recruitment tools and platforms
• Ability to thrive in a commission-based role
