1. 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM; Saturday, 9AM-1PM)

Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits

• Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily clinic operations, including appointment scheduling and patient flow.
• Handle insurance submissions, billing, and related administrative tasks.
• Oversee manpower matters such as staff scheduling, attendance, and performance coordination.
• Assist doctors during clinic sessions and ensure smooth clinical support.
• Maintain a high standard of service and ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures.
• Foster teamwork and effective communication among clinic staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by management.

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Healthcare Administration or a related field.
• Prior experience in clinic operations, billing, or healthcare administration is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with doctors, staff, and patients.
• A team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
