Senior Account Executive (Up to $4600)

Salary: Up to $4600

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and monthly closing
• Prepare management reports and cash flow reports
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting
• Review payments and monitor receivables
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers
• Handle GST submissions and corporate tax matters
• Support internal and external audits

• Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate salary computation
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Liaise with external vendors on HR-related matters (e.g. insurance, payroll)
• Assist with basic HR administration and coordination duties

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as Senior Accountant or Assistant Accounting Manager
• Audit experience is preferred
• Experience in handling full set of accounts
• Able to work independently and liaise with auditors
• Good communication and teamwork skills
