Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations and sales orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure seamless order fulfilment.If you're a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare accurate quotations and sales orders, ensuring all details are captured
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure orders are fulfilled according to requirements
- Monitor outstanding sales orders and proactively address any issues that arise
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the sales team
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
- At least 1 year of working experience in a related field (sales, customer service, or retail)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Entry-level candidates with a background in Sales - Retail/General are highly encouraged to apply
