About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Veterinary Receptionist to join our growing team at Advanced VetCare Veterinary Centre in the Bedok East Region and Central Singapore. This full-time role will see you playing a vital part in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our veterinary practice.
What you'll be doing- Greeting clients and patients with a warm and friendly demeanour
- Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's appointment calendar
- Handling client inquiries and providing information about our services
- Facilitating smooth check-in and check-out processes for clients
- Maintaining clear and accurate patient records
- Assisting with general administrative duties as required
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within a veterinary or healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, patients, and the veterinary team in a professional and empathetic manner
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including scheduling and patient record-keeping applications
- A genuine passion for animal welfare and a commitment to providing the best possible care
