Process Engineer
Our client is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team!
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading electronics manufacturing company where you'll develop and implement comprehensive test strategies to ensure product quality and reliability. You'll work with cutting-edge testing equipment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes while driving continuous improvement in product yield and quality standards.

- Working Day: 5 days (Mon-Fri)
- Working Hour: 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, or 10am-7pm.
- Working Location: Bedok
- Salary Range: $3,800-$4,800
Brief Description & Role
This role is responsible for ensuring products and processes comply with quality, safety, and environmental requirements while consistently meeting quality standards, customer specifications, and delivery commitments. The Process Engineer supports issue resolution, process improvement, and operational excellence across manufacturing activities.
What you'll be doing- Define, establish and continuously improve production test processes for new products.
- Design and develop test hardware, jigs and fixtures for parametric and functional test systems or any other requirement related to production test.
- Work with external vendors on the fabrication and delivery of test jigs and fixtures.
- Prepare, update and maintain clear and accurate test procedures and documentation.
- Manage and maintain test hardware and equipment including periodic and ad-hoc calibration.
- Analyze and investigate test failures to improve First Pass Yield (FPY) and overall test effectiveness. Design, develop and maintain test plans, procedures and equipment for the production of electronic devices
- A Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalence with at least 2 years working experience in design, test or manufacturing environment with test as the primary responsibility.
- Strong understanding of RF testing principles and test equipment.
- Good knowledge of electronic assembly processes.
- Solid background in production control processes, data analysis /interpretation and correlation analysis.
- Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
