Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Drafter cum Quantity Surveyor (QS) to prepare technical drawings, assist in project cost estimation, and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

• Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and technical documentation for construction projects to support accurate project execution
• Assist in quantity take-off, cost estimation, and preparation of quotations to facilitate budgeting and tendering processes
• Review project specifications and verify that drawings comply with regulatory and project requirements
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure smooth project workflow and communication
• Maintain accurate records of materials, measurements, and project costs to support project tracking and reporting
• Support tender preparation and submission to contribute to successful project bids
• Ensure adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and regulatory standards to maintain a safe working environment

• Diploma/NITEC/Higher NITEC in Civil, Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in drafting and/or quantity surveying
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software
• Strong knowledge of measurement, costing, and tender preparation
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively

• Relevant drafting or Quantity Surveying certification
• Familiarity with construction, M&E, or architectural projects
• Willingness to support site visits and project coordination when required
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges
• Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
