Our client, a Japanese manufacturer, is seeking a Regional Technical Support Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of company products and achieving high customer satisfaction by delivering expert technical support, training, and service across the region.

• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing Products (Printers, Cutting Plotters, etc.) including software application.
• Provide technical support to dealers and customers on company products.
• Attend to customer's complaints and provide solutions that address their needs.
• Provide Technical Training to Oversea Dealers on company products.
• Record and submit all service data and reports properly as and when required.
• Logistic-related In-Out and Inventory management to ensure spare part availability.
• Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, sales, technical support) and external stakeholders (distributors, customers) to support pre-sales activities such as sample printing, promotion kit preparation, and machine specification testing.

• Minimum "O" Level or its equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Technical Support Engineer.
• Fluent in written and spoken English to read technical manuals and create technical reports upon dispatch.

• Possess a valid Class 2/3 driving license.
• Work experience with office automation equipment, such as a Printer-related product is a plus. (Both Dealer/Manufacturer)
