The Job
The Operations Executive will support the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Clinic and a Senior Activity Centre. This role involves administrative support, coordination of activities, facility management, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery to clients and senior participants.
Responsibilities- Support in procurement and stock-taking of clinic and activity centre supplies.
- Handle enquiries (in-person, phone, and email) and provide relevant information about services and programs.
- Support the execution of daily operations for TCM clinics and activity centres.
- Assist in the coordination and logistics of wellness and social activities for seniors.
- Liaise with vendors, healthcare professionals, and volunteers as required.
- Ensure facilities meet hygiene and safety standards.
- Monitor and report maintenance issues or potential risks.
- Assist in preparing operational reports, attendance logs, incident reports, and other required documentation.
- Support in monitoring KPIs and service quality metrics.
- Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Social Work, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare or eldercare setting.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and [other relevant languages, e.g., Mandarin, to interact with seniors].
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Empathetic and patient when working with elderly clients.
