Job Summary
Perform pantry maintenance and general office cleaning to ensure a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
Responsibilities- Maintain cleanliness of office premises by performing regular cleaning tasks to ensure a hygienic workspace
- Monitor pantry supplies by tracking inventory levels and restocking items to meet staff and visitor food and beverage needs
- Attend to staff and visitors’ food and beverage requests promptly and courteously to enhance their experience
- Complete other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support office operations and team needs
- Demonstrate responsibility and customer orientation by reliably managing tasks and responding to requests with care
- Communicate effectively in basic English and Chinese to liaise with Mandarin-speaking business associates
- Exhibit a pleasant and cheerful personality to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
