Responsibilities:
- Website Management: Manage company group brands' websites, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Evaluate user experience (UX) and propose solutions for website experience improvements.
- Develop, maintain and analyze marketing dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Power BI or Tableau to track key metrics (website traffic, conversions, engagement, ROI) and provide insights for strategy optimization.
- Social Media Management: Review and create content for social media, engage with the company's social media community, and respond to queries and comments.
- Prepare and collate monthly website and social media performance reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- APP content management: Support digital solution projects by generating the right B2B content, providing operational support and setup, and monitoring online communications.
- Digital Content Creation: Develop high-quality materials including e-brochures, e-catalogs, presentations (internal and external), mobile applications, and content for the website and online platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce compelling and engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
- Provide support for regional marketing.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in marketing, content creation and website management
- Proven working experience in Data Analytics
- Website management experience for larger MNCs or regional markets with a focus on scalability, global reach and cross-cultural considerations (32 websites) (including UX, SEO, CMS proficiency, project lead for new websites development / revamp)
- Content Creation (including digital marketing, branding, copywriting newsletter; young and creative; tik tok and Shopee experience)
- Strong sense of taste and aesthetics, with experience in marketing high-end products prefered (ability to create refined, premium online experiences that align with brand positioning)
- Automotive/Auto Parts Industry Experience (preferred)
- If non-industry, must have proven expertise in website management (Marketing consulting firms that specializes in website development and management)
- Requires direct hands on experience, not just overseeing
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
- Willing to travel 1-2 times per year
