Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of rental units, including common areas, rooms, and air-conditioning systems.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when needed.
• Although we engage external contractors for servicing tasks, you should have basic knowledge of air-conditioning systems.
• Support room turnover and preparation between move-ins.
• Ensure cleanliness and functionality of shared spaces.
• Assist with room/unit viewings and tours for potential tenants.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of building maintenance work.
• Good communication skills; comfortable interacting with tenants.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
