Mon - Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

?️ Job Overview

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer (ACMV) to join our dynamic project team! If you're experienced in M&E project execution and enjoy working on the ground to make things happen, this role is for you. ?

Key Responsibilities
Plan and forecast weekly/monthly installation schedules
Identify & resolve site risks and issues
Coordinate manpower and site activities
Manage delivery of materials/equipment (MERF)

?️ Attend project meetings with stakeholders

Submit method statements, RA, and drawings
Prepare progress reports & claims
Ensure compliance with M&E design specs
Inspect material/equipment (pre/post delivery)

✅ Ensure quality & safety standards are met

Manage defect clearance & outstanding works

?️ Prepare as-built drawings for submission

✅ Requirements

Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field

?️ At least 2 years of ACMV or M&E project experience in Singapore

Experience in LTA projects is a plus!
