Geylang - Facilities Engineer / Facilities Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance and servicing of building systems for client projects.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
• Liaise with clients, main contractors, consultants, and service vendors to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality of work.
• Assist in minor project works, upgrades, and improvements to building systems.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, service reports, and equipment records.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or Facilities Management.
• 2–5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably supporting developer or contractor projects.
• Knowledge of building M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or maintenance management software is a plus.
