Coding Compliance Manager (Investment)

Job Description

Our client, an asset management firm, is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join the team in Singapore.

You will work closely with regional and local stakeholders across compliance, investment, systems, and operations, ensuring regulatory and client guidelines are correctly interpreted, translated, tested, and implemented.

• Investment Compliance Rule Coding:Own the interpretation, translation, testing, and delivery of investment compliance rules within the Aladdin Order Management platform, supporting pre- and post-trade monitoring, risk reporting, and regulatory compliance across Singapore and regional business units.
• Governance, Accuracy & Standardisation:Ensure the accuracy and integrity of rule logic against regulatory, client, and internal guidelines, while driving standardisation of rule coding, classifications, and processes across the business
• Process Optimisation & Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with regional stakeholders to support rule migrations, training, and documentation, while identifying opportunities to automate workflows, enhance system capabilities, and improve operational efficiency.

• Minimum 5 yearsof relevant experience in investment compliance, rule coding, or a related function within asset management or financial services.
• Strong and up-to-date knowledge ofTaiwanese regulatory requirementsand client investment guidelines is essential.
• Hands-on experience with theAladdin platform(order management and/or compliance modules) is highly preferred.
