Creative Director – Integrated Marketing
Summary
The Creative Director – Events & Digital is responsible for leading the creative direction, strategy, and execution of integrated projects across both live experiences and digital platforms. This hybrid role combines event storytelling and experiential design with digital creative leadership.
The successful candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, creative excellence, and digital fluency, capable of inspiring teams to deliver impactful ideas for B2B events, product launches, brand campaigns, and content-driven digital experiences.
You will oversee the Creative and Digital teams, providing leadership in concept development, design direction, and campaign innovation while collaborating closely with Account Servicing & Events department.
Creative Strategy & Leadership- Define and drive the creative vision across both Events and Digital, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and client objectives.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team of art directors, designers, writers, and digital specialists to deliver integrated creative solutions.
- Champion creativity that connects business goals to emotionally resonant experiences across physical, hybrid, and digital platforms.
- Establish creative standards, workflows, and review processes for consistency and quality across teams.
- Conceptualize and present creative ideas for B2B and experiential events, including conferences, product launches, exhibitions, and incentive programs.
- Develop digital campaign concepts that complement live events — including social content, microsites, motion graphics, and interactive experiences.
- Ensure storytelling and design coherence across live events, video content, and digital touchpoints.
- Oversee creative execution and maintain quality control throughout design, content production, and implementation.
- Partner with Account Servicing & Events teams to align creative direction with campaign goals and audience insights.
- Collaborate with the Digital team to drive creative integration across social media, content, and digital advertising.
- Liaise with clients at senior levels to present creative ideas and provide strategic counsel on creative direction.
- Provide mentorship, direction, and performance feedback to creative and digital team members.
- Identify talent gaps and build a unified creative team that can operate seamlessly across both event and digital projects.
- Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and collaboration within the team.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience in creative, digital, or experiential marketing, with proven leadership in both event and digital campaign development.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated creativity across events, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns.
- Experience leading creative teams and managing large-scale projects for regional or global B2B clients.
- Strategic thinker with deep understanding of brand engagement and audience experience.
- Strong leadership and people management skills across multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent presentation and client communication abilities.
- Hands-on understanding of event production, staging, and multimedia design.
- Proficiency in creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and familiarity with digital platforms (social, web, content, UX/UI).
- Awareness of digital trends, content marketing, and emerging technologies (AI tools, AR/VR, interactive experiences).
