We believe strong systems should support strong design. Our designers focus on creating thoughtful spaces for homeowners, supported by dedicated project and operations teams.
This allows our designers to focus on what they do best in building client relationships, presenting strong design proposals, and converting opportunities into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Design Proposal- Meet homeowners to understand lifestyle needs and renovation requirements
- Develop space planning concepts and design proposals
- Present design ideas, materials, and layouts professionally
- Provide practical design solutions aligned with client needs and budgets
- Manage client discussions from consultation to project confirmation
- Communicate project scope, timeline, and budget clearly
- Handle client questions and guide clients through decision-making
- Maintain strong follow-up with potential clients
- Work closely with project managers, drafting team, and operations staff
- Ensure smooth project handover after signing
- Maintain proper documentation and sales pipeline updates
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related field
- 1 year or more of experience in the interior design or renovation industry preferred
- Strong design sense and space planning ability
- Confident in client presentations and design discussions
Additional qualities that help candidates succeed in this role:
- Confidence in discussing project budgets and managing client expectations
- Strong follow-up discipline when managing multiple client conversations
- Ability to present proposals clearly and guide clients towards project confirmation
- Self-motivated, responsible, and professional
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp or similar design software
