We are looking for a Desktop Engineer (L1 Support) to provide on-site IT support in a healthcare setting. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, able to work independently, and has strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Level 1 IT support to end users (hardware/software issues)
- Perform troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Manage and support BitLocker encryption
- Ensure anti-virus updates and endpoint security compliance
- Handle incident logging, tracking, and resolution within SLA
- Support user account-related requests (e.g. password resets)
- Work closely with users and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
- Experience in Desktop / IT Support (L1)
- Familiar with Windows environment
- Knowledge of BitLocker and endpoint security tools
- Able to work independently and manage tasks proactively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a healthcare environment
