Assistant Manager, Marketing Communications - Toa Payoh

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of marketing collaterals
• Work with marketing agencies and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely activation of marketing materials, including the production, installation and removal of marketing collaterals
• Update and maintain all relevant policies and procedures, and ensure execution in compliance with the Company and statutory regulations
• Delegate, empower and liaise with other business units to ensure team members are able to perform their duties in their utmost diligent, harmonious and efficient efforts
• Liaise with respective departments, such as IT to ensure appropriate management and access to data to effectively deliver and execute communications strategies
• Optimise marketing messages platforms to resonate with target audiences while adhering to regulatory requirements
• Support cross-functional projects including administrative support and liaising with other business units where needed

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in content development (writing, editing and storytelling skills) and creative marketing
• Proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is a plus
• Strong understanding of branding, messaging, and communications strategies
• Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in the regulatory processes is a plus
• Highly organized and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Meticulous with exceptional eye for detail and strong prioritization skills
