We are looking for an Food & Beverage-Outlet Manager- o join our team!
As an Food & Beverage- Outlet Manager-F&B, we rely on you to:
- Take responsibility of outlet colleagues, operation and the outlet's performance
- Maximise profitability of outlet and drive revenue
- Ensure a high quality of food and service are delivered to our guests at all times
- Maintain a high standard in relation to service and food
- Take responsibility for the operations look and feel, including but not limited to the overall decor and atmosphere of the outlet
We are looking for someone who:
- Knowledgeable in beverages
- Leads by example and facilitates team cohesiveness
- Must have experience working in either a restaurant or a hotel environment
- A friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
- Enjoys planning, organising and problem solving
- Willing to work shifts
- Able to engage with guests
- A self-starter and can drive the team to optimize business revenues
- Solution-driven and able to work in a fast paced environment
