Sales Associate (Bilingual English & Chinese) - Geylang

Salary Range: SGD $2,700 – $3,200 (commensurate with experience)

Work day and Working Hours:

• Work day is Tuesday to Sunday. Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• 1-hour Lunch break included.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle sales transactions and provide excellent customer service.
• Proactively follow up with clients and maintain customer relationships.
• Assist in daily retail operations, including store maintenance and inventory checks.
• Translate documents/communications between English and Chinese as needed.
• Support administrative tasks using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Manage the Meeting calender of Teacher’s for customer meeting.

Requirements:

• Singaporean, P R, or eligible to work in Singapore.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written/spoken); translation skills preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Prior experience in sales, retail, or service industries is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive work ethic.
