Automotive Systems Specialist / Vehicle Electronics Technician (Trainee welcome)

We are hiring at two levels:
- Automotive Systems Specialist — experienced hire (1–5+ years in automotive electronics/installation)
- Vehicle Electronics Technician (Trainee) — junior or career-changer entry point
If you are a car mechanic, auto electrician or workshop technician who has ever thought about moving into more specialised, precision work — this is your opening.
What You Will Do- Install OE factory-options retrofit systems — ambient lighting, camera systems, digital cockpit upgrades and premium accessories on BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and Volvo vehicles
- Fit dashcam systems with concealed wiring and professional cable management — clean work, every time
- Remove and refit interior trims without a creak, a scratch or a shortcut
- Perform electrical diagnostics using brand-specific tools (BMW ISTA, Mercedes XENTRY or equivalent)
- Route and protect wiring properly — loom wrapping, heat shielding, correct terminations
- Own the quality of every job before handover
- Senior hires: coach and mentor junior team members
Salary & What You Can Earn
We pay above market to get the right people. The incentive structure means your earnings grow with your output.
Senior / Experienced (3+ yrs): $3,400 – $3,800 basic + 1% incentive per job | OTE $3,800 – $4,500+Mid-level (1–3 yrs): $2,800 – $3,200 basic + 0.75% incentive per job | OTE $3,100 – $3,700+
Junior / Trainee: $2,400 – $2,600 basic + 0.5% incentive from month 4 | OTE $2,600 – $3,000+
Annual Wage Supplement (AWS / 13th month) considered for confirmed staff.

Stage 1 → Vehicle Electronics Technician (Trainee) | 0 – 6 months | $2,400 – $2,600
Stage 2 → Vehicle Electronics Technician | 6 – 18 months | $2,800 – $3,200
Stage 3 → Automotive Systems Specialist | 18 – 36 months | $3,400 – $3,800
Stage 4 → Lead Specialist / Workshop Trainer | 36+ months | $3,800 – $4,500+
What We Need
Essential for all levels:
- Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident
- Fit for sustained hands-on installation work
- Hands-on automotive experience — mechanical, electrical, accessories or any related field
- Comfortable removing and reinstalling interior trims without damage
- Sharp eye for detail — a loose clip or crooked wire bothers you
- Coachable, no-ego attitude
- Valid Class 3 / 3A driving licence
Good to have:
- Experience on premium European marques (BMW, Merc, Porsche, Volvo)
- OBD or brand diagnostic tool experience
- Dashcam, aftermarket audio or car electronics installation background
- ITE / Nitec in Automotive Technology, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
- Salary above market rate for Singaporean technicians
