Cook (Fulltime / Permanent Part Time)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cook with expertise in Asian and/or western Cuisine to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious Asian and/or western Cuisine dishes on a daily basis, catering to a lunchtime crowd.
• Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in food preparation.
• Manage and organize the kitchen, ensuring all necessary ingredients and equipment are readily available.
• Monitor food stock levels and communicate with the relevant personnel for timely replenishment.
• Adhere to designated timeframes to ensure all dishes are prepared and cooked on time.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
• Strictly follow food safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and maintain food freshness.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while serving food during peak lunch hours.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the canteen.
• You must possess strong time management skills to ensure all dishes are ready at specific time.

Requirement :

• At least 1 years’ experience in cooking Asian and/or western Cuisine
• Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment.
• Upholding hygiene standards and prioritizing food safety are essential aspects of this role.
