- Location: Pasir Panjang
- Salary: Up to $3,320
- Working hours: Rostered Shifts
Job Scope:
- Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, providing support on banking products such as credit/debit cards, personal loans, home loans (mortgages), and accounts
- Deliver accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience
- Be assigned to a dedicated team supporting a specific product line (e.g. cards, loans, or mortgages) based on business needs
Requirements:
✅ Minimum A Levels/Diploma
✅ Comfortable with shift work
✅ Comfortable working in a call centre environment
