Bank Telesales Officer

Location: Raffles Place
Salary: Basic + Uncapped Commission

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to promote banking products and services
Cross-sell credit cards, personal loans, and accounts
Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions
Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Work closely with your Team Leader to meet individual and team KPIs

Requirements:

GCE ‘N’ Level
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven and target-oriented
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
