Precision (Machinist /Welder /General Worker)

• Rotating Shift: (Day Shift) Mon - Fri: 8 am to 5pm, Sat 8am to 12pm
• (Night Shift) Mon - Fri: 8pm to 6am (Including 1 hr OT)

1. Machinist @Tuas

• Interpret process routing, engineering drawing and other requirements.
• Ensure process routing and related production records are duly filled up.
• Ensure machine is warmed up and set and daily maintenance are carried out as per check list.
• Ensure that the workplace is clean and disposal of metal chips.
• Perform material handling and support generating CNC program
• Update Production Supervisor on the job status and any non-conformances.
• Take care of all issued tooling accessories, inserts and items.
• Ensure company and QHSE policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Participate/ attend all functions, activities and meeting organized by the company.

1. Welder @Tuas

• Interpret process routing, engineering drawing, carry out welding process within deadline.
• Ensure process routing and production records are filled, signed and scan in/out accordingly.
• Ensure machine is set up and daily maintenance is carried out as per check list on machineries.
• Perform material handling, update supervior on job status and any nonconformances.
• Take care of all issued tooling accessories, inserts and items.
• Participate/ attend all functions, activities and meeting organized by the company.

1. General Worker @Tuas

• Interpret process routing, engineering drawing, carry out general process within deadline.
• Perform shot peening, bead blasting, coating, phosphating, painting, packing, stamping, pressure testing, make and break and other general works.
• Ensure process routing and production records are filled, signed and scan in/out accordingly.
• Ensure equipment and fixtures are set up, daily maintenance is carried out as per check list.
• Ensure that the workplace is clean and disposal of dust, beads and chemical.
• Perform material handling, update supervisor on the job status and any non-conformances.
• Support the Production/ Manufacturing Coordinator on fixture, masking and bead blasting.
