IT Support Executive

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Executive to support day-to-day IT operations at our Singapore HQ and provide remote support to overseas offices. The role covers Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint security management, and IT vendor coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support for HQ and remote support for overseas offices
  • Administer Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, user accounts, licences, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and security/MFA policies
  • Manage antivirus/endpoint protection platform via web admin console, monitor alerts, enforce policies, and ensure endpoint compliance
  • Act as primary point of contact for all IT vendors, coordinate procurement, manage service agreements, and track renewals
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and support onboarding/offboarding of staff
  • Support basic network troubleshooting (LAN, VPN, Wi-Fi) and assist in IT project rollouts

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's in IT or related field
  • 2–4 years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably in multi-office environment
  • Proven experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Centre and endpoint security admin consoles
  • Microsoft 365 - Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune
  • Endpoint security administration (CrowdStrike, Sophos, Trend Micro, or equivalent)
  • Windows 10/11 and macOS support; networking basics (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
  • Self-driven, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks and vendors independently
