Talent Acquisition Specialist, 12 months contract

In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to support business hiring needs in Singapore. You will partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and resourceful recruiter with strong organizational skills, integrity, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience recruiting within high-tech manufacturing industries such as colloidal technologies, data centers and microelectronics, semiconductors, precision engineering, or advanced manufacturing is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing, and recruitment agencies.
- Build strong talent pipelines for technical and specialized positions within high-tech manufacturing and technology-driven environments.
- Conduct candidate screening and assessment to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional stakeholder management throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably within high-tech manufacturing, colloidal technologies, microelectronics, semiconductor, precision engineering, data centers, or related industries.
- Proven experience hiring for technical and specialized roles in technology-driven or industrial environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS), including Workday or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Strong team player with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to commit for 12 months.
