Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in F&B industry, of which 5 years at supervisory level.
- Familiar with the business knowledge and operational management model of the chain restaurant industry
- Preferably with experience from large chain restaurants
- Proven ability in managing multi-brand retail chain operations. Overseeing P&L and produce reports for management review.
- Energetic and professional. Strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
- Conduct performance evaluations of regional stores, continuously improving employees' work capabilities and performance.
- Possesses foresight in seeking out business opportunities.
- Lead and manage the sales and business development team
- High ability in complex problem, strategic thinking & analytical skills.
- Prominent character profile of both a leader and team player.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring others
- Supervise and promote achievement of stored-value card sales targets.
