Your new role

Gather and analyse business requirements for system enhancements, operational workflows, and new system implementations.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand real-world constraints, usability challenges, and pain points, ensuring solutions are practical and field ready.
Translate operational processes into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support sprint activities by clarifying requirements, addressing queries, and validating delivery readiness.
Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.

What you'll need to succeed

3-5 years of experience in business analysis.
Exposure to UAT coordination, bug tracking, and deployment support.
Proficient in requirements gathering techniques, process mapping, user flows and use case development using tools like Jira and Confluence.
Possesses a basic technical understanding of system architecture, integrations, and data flows, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams and informed requirement clarification
