The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with a reputable organisation to hire a Finance Officer for a 1-year contract from Nov 2025 to Oct 2026.

Job Description

As a (Senior) Executive in the GDS Directorate, you'll play a key role in driving effective finance operations and policy development. This role offers the chance to:

Gain hands-on experience in finance, governance, and process improvement
Influence finance operations and policy decisions
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Transform finance processes for better performance and user satisfaction
Educate the community on finance-related matters

Key Responsibilities

Invoice Management: Process e-invoices, verify goods/services, and improve payment processes
Payment Reporting: Monitor payment stats, resolve outstanding invoices, and deliver reports
Access Management: Review monthly security reports and drive long-term improvements
Corporate Billing: Certify corporate credit card transactions and verify billing details
Governance & Compliance: Conduct surprise checks and ensure accurate reimbursements
Policy Development: Review policies, study best practices, and develop practical finance guidelines
Ad-Hoc Duties: Create infographics/presentations and support team projects

The Talent

We're looking for a motivated individual with:

Qualifications in Accounting/Accountancy or related fields (preferred)
Experience in financial processes (advantageous)
Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of electronic poster design is a plus
