Job Summary:

Basic Salary : $2600 - $3000 + Commissions
Working Location: Central
Working Days: 5 days work week
Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Job Description

Delivered personalized luxury shopping experiences, building lasting client relationships through exceptional service and product expertise.
Achieved and exceeded sales targets by actively driving revenue, managing clienteling, and maximizing CRM tools.
Expertly presented and merchandised luxury watches
Managed client appointments, watch consultations, and after-sales services (alterations, gifting, personalization).
Processed transactions accurately, handled inventory (receiving, stock counts), and upheld loss prevention standards.
Represented the brand with polished professionalism, anticipating client needs and resolving requests proactively.

Requirements

Prior experience in retail
High interest in watches
No watch retail experience required
